SeenIn

SeenIn licence terms

Version 1.0, valid from 4 November 2026

1. Who we are and how you buy

1.1 SeenIn is made by Stratech24 ("we", "us"). Contact: build@isherry.tech.

1.2 You buy SeenIn from Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), our merchant of record and reseller. Your purchase, payment, invoice, taxes and refunds are handled by Polar under its buyer terms, shown at checkout. These licence terms govern your right to use SeenIn and what we owe you as its maker.

2. Plans and what a site is

2.1 You pay once and may use SeenIn for as long as you like (a lifetime licence) on this many sites:

2.2 A site is one domain or subdomain on which a SeenIn page is publicly available, for example example.com or picks.example.com. Copies on your own computer and one non-public staging or test copy per site do not count.

2.3 You may move SeenIn from one site to another, as long as the number of sites in use stays within your plan.

2.4 SeenIn 1.0 does not yet check site limits technically. A later update (1.0.1 or after) adds a licence key. The site limits in section 2.1 apply from the start, whether or not they are checked.

3. Your licence

3.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to install, run and use SeenIn on the sites your plan allows, and to make the copies this needs, including backups (§§ 69c, 69d UrhG).

3.2 Pro: for your own sites or a client's site, within your site count.

3.3 Agency: for any number of your own sites and client sites. Your client may keep using the page you built on its site, even after you hand the site over, but may not use SeenIn on further sites without its own licence.

3.4 You may not sell, rent out, share or publish SeenIn or its files as such, offer it as a hosted service where others build their own pages, or use it to build a competing product.

3.5 SeenIn may contain open-source components under their own licences, listed in the download. Those licences apply to those components.

3.6 Your content is your responsibility: the rights to your images and texts, and the advertising, affiliate disclosure and privacy rules that apply to your pages.

4. Updates

All updates within version 1.x are included in every plan at no extra cost. A future version 2.0 may be sold separately; your 1.x version keeps working.

5. Refunds

See our refund policy: 14 days, no questions, processed by Polar. Your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal, are not affected.

6. Warranty and liability

6.1 We give no warranty or guarantee beyond what the law provides. Your statutory rights if SeenIn is defective or not supplied (§§ 327 ff. BGB for consumers) stay in full.

6.2 We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we gave a guarantee.

6.3 For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential duty (one you must be able to rely on for the contract to work), and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence.

6.4 Please keep backups of your site and content.

7. Law and place of jurisdiction

7.1 German law applies. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

7.2 If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live (Art. 6 (2) Rome I Regulation).

7.3 If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal person under public law, or have no place of jurisdiction in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes with us is the place of our registered office in Germany. We may also sue you at your own place of jurisdiction.

7.4 If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest stays valid.
