14 days, no questions

If SeenIn is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

Email build@isherry.tech within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you bought with and your order number (it is in your receipt from Polar).

You can also contact Polar directly through the link in your receipt.

Who pays you back

SeenIn is sold through Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our merchant of record. Polar took your payment, so Polar sends the refund to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When your order is refunded, your download access and licence end. Please delete SeenIn from your sites.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us or Polar a clear statement, for example an email to build@isherry.tech saying "I withdraw from my purchase of SeenIn, order number ...". Sending it within the 14 days is enough. You get back everything you paid within 14 days of your statement, through Polar, to your original payment method.

Our 14-day refund above gives you the same or more, so in practice: ask within 14 days and you get your money back.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not refund as standard. Your legal rights if SeenIn does not work as described stay in full: write to us and we will fix it, and if we cannot, you can get a refund or a price reduction as the law provides.
